The agent needs to show the houses and negotiate to fix up a deal. If the deal is fixed and a house is sold then all the paper work required for the whole process is done by the agent itself. This may lead to profit and may not also. If the agents get some profit then also 30 % of the profit should be utilized in the further advertisement and marketing campaigns. If this is done regularly then only a profit in a regular basis is expected.
